Illinois enters Phase 5 Friday – businesses can operate at regular capacity

Dear Members,
On Friday Illinois enters Phase 5, which allows for businesses to operate at full capacity and resume normal operations. According to the Governor’s office, indoor facilities are still encouraged to require mask-wearing for non-vaccinated individuals.
Details on Phase 5 and new safety guidelines can be found here. We have also provided the Restore Illinois Phase 5 Guidelines in the photo. Additional information from the Illinois Department of Public Health can also be found here.
Phase 5 also marks for the return of festivals and large events without capacity restrictions and with some guidelines as explained below.
The Grundy County Chamber will continue to monitor phase and guideline changes for businesses and will share this information as it comes. Please check grundychamber.com for updates and follow us on Facebook for the latest information.
