Chamber Business Spotlight: Allure Beauty Gallery in Channahon
CHANNAHON – The Channahon Minooka Chamber’s recent Business Spotlight highlights a new local business that offers hair, skin, and body services as well as a clothing and home décor boutique – Allure Beauty Gallery.
The salon and boutique, located at 24507 W. Eames St. in Channahon is operated by Heather Davis, a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years experience in the salon industry.
“This is my passion, I am looking forward to being in this area and expanding my business to Channahon and meeting so many new people,” Davis said in a news release. “I hope to flourish here. The area is interesting and growing day to day. As we grow, other services can be offered.”
“I enjoy doing color very much and creating a look that is flexible for the guest to achieve,” she continued. “I love doing facials with the Farmhouse Fresh line. It is 99.6 percent all natural so it is gentle enough for even sensitive skin.”
From men’s cuts to facials, Allure offers a number of products and services for the whole family.
Davis joined the Grundy County Chamber and the Channahon-Minooka Chamber in April and a ribbon cutting was held for the new salon April 24.
“Allure Beauty Gallery is a place not only to get your hair done, but also to shop for clothing, shoes, accessories and home decor,” Christina Van Yperen, executive director for the Chamber said in the release. “It’s a unique business in our area and we look forward to the community experiencing it.”
Davis is a four-chair salon and looking for barbers and stylists. The hours are currently Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday 12-8 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. She also will take appointments.
As a Grundy County Chamber member, the salon can accept Grundy Chamber gift certificates.
