Region 2 (including Grundy) moved to Tier 2

Gov. Pritzker announced this afternoon that Region 2, which includes Grundy County, has moved from Tier 3 to Tier 2 immediately. A summary of the changes is below and a complete list of Tier 2 details can be found here.
